Tried running the Catalyst Control Center. Primary monitor still ok but nothing on the 2nd monitor. I tried updating the graphics driver which caused a blue screen. It does not get any signal from the computer. I removed the cap and plugged in the monitor. The VGA port had a plastic cap screwed over it. I've been using a single monitor on the dvi port for a long time with no problems. Using HP Paviion Elite HPE 210f running Win 7 64 bit. This has an ATI Radeon HD 5450 graphics card. I'm trying to add a second monitor but it is not getting a signal.
